Shipping policy
All orders are processed between 0 and 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), after collecting the order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Freight
We ship our products to the following countries: Canada, United States and Ireland.
Purchases over 10 dollars have free shipping.
Your order may be subject to import taxes (including IVA), which are added when the order arrives in the destination country. Purovolution is not responsible for these fees if applicable, and they are the responsibility of the customer.
How can I check the status of my order?
When your order is shipped, we will send you an email notification with the tracking number so you can track the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for order tracking information to update on the Post Office or carrier website.
If you do not receive your order 30 days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@purovolution.com with your name and order number so we can resolve your issue.
Refunds, exchanges and returns
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery if the item has not been used and is in its original condition. Reimbursement will be made for the full value of the order, minus return shipping costs. Return and refund policy
If your order arrives with any type of damage, please contact us as soon as possible via email at support@purovolution.com, providing the order number and a photo of the condition of the item. We analyze each case individually, but we always strive to offer a satisfactory solution to our customers.
